General Subscription Terms

2. Statement of Work

The YANUS subscription includes access to exclusive analyses, investigative reports, and in-depth articles on Europe's international relations on yanus.at. The content is provided in German.

3. Prices and Payment

The subscription costs 5.00 € per month (including sales tax). Billing is done monthly in advance via the payment service provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay.

4. Contract Term and Termination

The subscription is for an indefinite term and automatically renews for one month at a time unless canceled by the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing redaktion@yanus.at. Amounts already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason (Section 11 FAGG). The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (YANUS Media, Rilkeplatz 8/5, 1040 Vienna, email: redaktion@yanus.at) by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In the event of a valid cancellation, the payments you have made will be refunded immediately, no later than 14 days.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

7. Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8. Changes

YANUS Media reserves the right to change these subscription terms at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes via email.
