Er schlie\u00dft Sicherheitsabkommen, sucht Verb\u00fcndete, tauscht Drohnen-Expertise gegen Luftabwehrraketen. Die Ukraine k\u00e4mpft nicht nur an der Front &#8211; sie k\u00e4mpft auch diplomatisch um ihr \u00dcberleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doch die eigentlichen Friedensgespr\u00e4che stecken fest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Die Lage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach Gespr\u00e4chsrunden in Abu Dhabi und Genf ist wenig passiert. Russland fordert den vollst\u00e4ndigen R\u00fcckzug der Ukraine aus den Gebieten Donezk, Luhansk, Saporischschja und Cherson &#8211; Gebiete, die zum Teil noch von ukrainischen Truppen gehalten werden. F\u00fcr Kiew ist das inakzeptabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selenskyj hat angeboten: Waffenruhe \u00fcber Ostern, Einfrieren der Frontlinie, sogar ein Referendum. Moskau lehnt ab. Putin will keinen Waffenstillstand &#8211; er will einen vollst\u00e4ndigen Friedensvertrag, zu seinen Bedingungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Trumps Rolle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Washington vermittelt &#8211; aber immer weniger. Der US-israelische Krieg gegen den Iran lenkt die Aufmerksamkeit der USA ab. Selenskyj sorgt sich \u00f6ffentlich, dass Luftabwehrsysteme aus den USA nun in den Nahen Osten umgeleitet werden k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine US-Delegation soll noch im April nach Kiew kommen \u2014 nach dem orthodoxen Osterfest am 12. April. Ob das neue Impulse bringt, ist offen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Two Sides of Power<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier zeigt sich das YANUS-Prinzip besonders deutlich: Frieden in der Ukraine scheitert nicht an fehlendem<br>Willen der Menschen \u2014 er scheitert an den Machtkalkulationen der Gro\u00dfen. Putin braucht den Krieg. Trump braucht einen Deal. Und Europa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Europa darf nicht mal am Tisch sitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>YANUS verfolgt die Entwicklungen weiter.
