Pr\u00e4sident Wolodymyr Selenskyj nutzte die B\u00fchne, um Armenien enger an die Ukraine zu binden und gleichzeitig die eingefrorenen Beziehungen zu Georgien wieder aufzutauen. Armenien hat in den vergangenen Jahren schmerzlich erfahren, was russische Sicherheitsgarantien wert sind. Der Verlust von Berg-Karabach, die ausbleibende Unterst\u00fctzung durch CSTO-Partner und die wirtschaftliche Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von Moskau haben tiefe Wunden hinterlassen. Premierminister Nikol Paschinjan sucht nach Alternativen. Die Ukraine bietet sich als Partner an, der \u00e4hnliche Erfahrungen mit russischer Aggression gemacht hat. Konkret vereinbarten beide Seiten eine verst\u00e4rkte Zusammenarbeit in Verteidigungsfragen und beim Austausch von Geheimdienstinformationen. Auch wirtschaftliche Kooperationen stehen auf der Agenda.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Georgien \u00f6ffnet sich vorsichtig<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Komplizierter gestaltet sich das Verh\u00e4ltnis zu Tiflis. Die georgische Regierung unter der Partei Georgischer Traum pflegt ein ambivalentes Verh\u00e4ltnis sowohl zu Moskau als auch zu Br\u00fcssel. Der Dialog mit Kiew war seit Kriegsbeginn weitgehend eingefroren. Am Rande des Gipfels kam es nun zu ersten direkten Gespr\u00e4chen auf hoher Ebene. Georgiens Au\u00dfenminister signalisierte Bereitschaft, die Beziehungen zu normalisieren. Hintergrund ist auch der wachsende innenpolitische Druck. Die proeurop\u00e4ische Opposition gewinnt an St\u00e4rke, die Bev\u00f6lkerung blickt mehrheitlich nach Westen. Ein dauerhaftes Zerw\u00fcrfnis mit der Ukraine w\u00fcrde die EU-Beitrittsambitionen weiter gef\u00e4hrden.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moskaus schwindender Einfluss<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Kreml verliert im S\u00fcdkaukasus an Boden. Die russischen Friedenstruppen in der Region gelten als ineffektiv, wirtschaftliche Druckmittel nutzen sich ab. Gleichzeitig bindet der Krieg in der Ukraine massive Ressourcen. Diese Schw\u00e4che nutzt Kiew geschickt aus. Selenskyj pr\u00e4sentiert sein Land als verl\u00e4sslichen Partner f\u00fcr Staaten, die sich aus der russischen Einflusssph\u00e4re l\u00f6sen wollen. Die Botschaft ist klar: Wer mit Moskau bricht, steht nicht allein da.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Two Sides of Power<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiews Kaukasus-Offensive zeigt diplomatisches Geschick. Die Ukraine nutzt das entstehende Vakuum, um eigene Netzwerke aufzubauen. Doch die Strategie birgt Risiken. Armenien und Georgien sind fragile Partner mit eigenen Problemen. Paschinjan steht innenpolitisch unter Druck, Georgiens Regierung schwankt zwischen Ost und West. Moskau wird die Entwicklung nicht tatenlos hinnehmen. Der Kreml verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber gen\u00fcgend Hebel, um beide L\u00e4nder zu destabilisieren. F\u00fcr die Ukraine bedeutet das: Jeder diplomatische Erfolg im Kaukasus muss langfristig abgesichert werden. Symbolpolitik allein reicht nicht. Die Region braucht konkrete Unterst\u00fctzung, wirtschaftliche Perspektiven und verl\u00e4ssliche Sicherheitsgarantien.
