And everywhere: young people. Average age 25 at Aurora Digital. 1.3 million students in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eWe are still learning.\u201c But: \u201eGermany is already behind us.\u201c Both sentences come from the same person. This is not a contradiction \u2013 this is Chinese self-assessment in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What it means<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wuhan is one of the fastest-growing innovation centers worldwide \u2013 the number of patent references and scientific publications is growing rapidly. This doesn't happen by chance. It happens through a plan \u2013 the five-year plan, state investments, university-industry cooperations. Euronews<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Europe has other strengths: design culture, rule of law, historically developed quality standards. But these strengths are not self-sustaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Two Sides of Power<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wuhan shows the China of tomorrow. Not the demanding China of geopolitical headlines \u2013 but the pragmatic, learning, constructive China. This is the more interesting story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
